At Hotel Contracting Hub, we strive to provide high-quality digital resources and consulting services. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.

By purchasing a contract template, or consulting service from hotelcontractinghub.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All purchases of digital content, contract clauses, templates are non-refundable due to immediate access to downloadable materials.

✔ One-Time Digital Purchases: Once a contract clause, template, or toolkit has been purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

2. Consulting Services – Limited Refund Policy

✔ Consulting sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

✔ If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the session fee is non-refundable.

✔ No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded.

If a session is canceled due to an emergency or unforeseen event on our end, we will either reschedule or issue a full refund.

3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke access to our services and challenge the dispute with our payment processor.
