Begin by asking whether your time is better spent on accounting or on growing your business. Then consider what you want from an accountant and what you hope to understand from your numbers.
After that, book a call with us. The only real way to know if we’re the right fit is to talk it through together.
You can reach out to your accountant during business hours by email, phone, or through the Client Portal. We do our best to respond quickly, even if we’re not available immediately.
For anything that needs more than a brief answer, you can schedule a meeting at any time.
We manage bookkeeping in Xero and Hubdoc, payroll in Gusto, and use a secure Client Portal where you can upload documents, send messages, and schedule meetings.
Based on your business needs, we will choose the best subscription plan for you. In summary, your plan will include a minimum of bookkeeping, bank account reconciliations, financial reporting, and access to your accountant for an analysis and review of the financial statements.
You will have access to your final financials in the Client Portal for your reference at any time.
After the contract is fully executed, you’ll receive your first monthly invoice. From this invoice, you'll be able to set up recurring payments.
For non-recurring invoices, such as tax preparation, a payment link will be provided on the invoice.
Should you need to have your payment method changed or are having billing issues, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you as soon as we can.
Our services are on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel at any time (details of cancellation policy will be included in the engagement agreement).
Yes. We prepare tax returns for individuals as well as small business entities, including LLCs, S-Corps, and Partnerships. We can handle both your personal and business filings so everything stays consistent and accurate.
Your package includes the preparation and e-filing of your federal return and one state return. Fees are determined by the information you share in your call or tax organizer and the documents you provide. If your return requires additional schedules or extra states, additional fees may apply.
No. We don’t offer audit protection. If you ever need audit support, we provide representation as a separate service with a $2,500 retainer and a $300/hour rate.
You can reach the team by email, phone, through the secure Client Portal, or by booking a video call.
Tax returns are processed in the order received. As long as we have all of your documents by April 1, we’ll have your return finished by April 15. For bookkeeping and other services, timelines depend on your package and the complexity of the work.
